Sand making machines process aggregate into cubical particles meeting construction sand standards through rock-on-rock or rock-on-iron impact, serving as the core of manufactured-sand plants. Our used sand makers are primarily vertical-shaft impact types with adjustable rotor speed and cascade feed ratios, stabilizing fineness modulus between 2.3 and 3.0.

Deep-cavity rotors and wear-resistant throw heads enable efficient sand production from hard granite and basalt with minimal iron contamination. We inspect rotor static balance, throw-head wear margins, and lower-shaft oil-seal integrity on every unit, ensuring high sand yield, minimal dust leakage, and controlled bearing temperatures.
